Replacement and Exchange policy
We have 7 day replacement and exchange policy; if the replacement and exchange is accepted, the product will be delivered within 5 days

Refunds will be credited to source account in 5 to 7 days

Introduction: At Devisha Textile, your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn’t quite right with your order, we are here to make it right. Please read our exchange policy carefully before raising a request.

Important Note: We currently offer exchanges only. Direct refunds are not available unless the product received is defective or significantly different from what was ordered.

Exchange Window: All exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of the delivery date. Requests raised after 7 days will not be entertained.

Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for an exchange, the item must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and unaltered.
  • Have all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
  • Be in the same condition as delivered.
  • Not fall under the non-exchangeable categories listed below.

Non-Exchangeable Items:

  • Items purchased during special sale events or flash sales.
  • Custom-stitched or made-to-order garments.
  • Unstitched fabrics and dress materials (once opened).
  • Blouses and intimate garments for hygiene reasons.
  • Items damaged due to improper use, washing, or storage by the customer.

How to Raise an Exchange Request:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery via email at info@devishatextile.com or WhatsApp at +91-9898989898.
  2. Share your order number, reason for exchange, and clear photographs of the item and its packaging.
  3. Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility within 24–48 business hours.
  4. Once approved, ship the item back to us using a trackable courier service. Share the tracking details with us.
  5. Upon receipt and quality inspection, your replacement item will be dispatched within 3–5 business days.

Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs. In such cases, we will arrange a reverse pick-up at no cost and dispatch the correct or replacement item as soon as possible, free of charge.

Exchange for a Different Product: If you wish to exchange for a different product (not just a different size), the price difference, if any, must be paid before the replacement is dispatched.
